Hayward ProSeries 24in Top Mount passes water through a bed of filter media that traps debris. A compatible valve routes water for filtration, backwashing and rinsing. Tank size, valve position and the manufacturer’s media specification determine the correct setup; stop the circulation pump before changing valve positions.
